03How we work
From evidence to a focused first system.
- 101 / 04
Discover
Identify the workflow creating the most delay, repeated work, or uncertainty.
- 202 / 04
Define
Agree on the users, data, scope, success measure, and delivery plan.
- 303 / 04
Build
Deliver the smallest useful system and test it with the people who will use it.
- 404 / 04
Improve
Measure the first result, then expand or support only where it adds value.
04Productized solutions
Choose the result you need first.
05Selected work

06Why JVL
Business judgment. Technical delivery.
We start with the business problem
AI is one possible tool—not the objective or a predetermined answer.
We can diagnose and build
You do not receive a report and then need to find another team to implement it.
We work in focused stages
The first project is designed to prove value before a larger commitment.
We communicate clearly
Scope, timeline, assumptions, and responsibilities are defined before development starts.

07Frequently asked questions
What business owners usually ask.
01Do we need to know exactly what to build?+
No. The discovery call determines whether the problem is clear enough to scope. If several workflows, teams, or systems are involved, we may recommend starting with the paid assessment.
02Do we need AI?+
Not necessarily. If a simpler automation, reporting process, or conventional application would solve the problem more reliably, we will recommend that instead.
03Is the assessment required before every project?+
No. It is useful when the problem is broad or the correct starting point is uncertain. Clear, focused requirements can move directly into scoping and implementation.
04How much does a project cost?+
The Workflow & AI Opportunity Assessment is 15,000 THB. Focused implementations typically begin around 35,000 THB and commonly range from 35,000 to 150,000 THB, depending on workflow complexity, data readiness, integrations, and required functionality. Larger systems are quoted separately.
05How long does implementation take?+
A focused first implementation typically takes four to six weeks. Larger systems are divided into phases with a defined timeline and deliverable for each stage.
06Can you work with our existing tools and data?+
Yes. We first assess what you already use and reuse suitable systems where possible. The objective is to improve the workflow, not replace tools unnecessarily.
07What happens after delivery?+
We test the solution, provide the agreed documentation or training, and define any ongoing support required. Maintenance and optimization are optional unless the system genuinely requires them.
08How do you handle company information?+
Access is limited to what the project requires. The specific data, permissions, storage, and confidentiality arrangements are agreed before implementation.
